Our next big wine dinner is set for March 11, 2010 Thursday, at Caffe Boa! We have a wonderful 4 course dinner planned as follows:

New Zealand green lip Mussels, shallots, white wine, roasted garlic, toasted Baguette Points WINE- John Anthony, Napa, Sauvignon Blanc 

Organic Green Salad, Stilton Blue cheese, Pear, Chile Citrus Vinaigrette WINE- Buehler Vineyard, Napa, Chardonnay

Entree- Choice of One:  Cabernet Braised Prime Tenderloin Medallions, Potato puree, Roasted Asparagus Tips  OR  Pan Seared Chilean SeaBass, Spring Julienned squash, Forbidden Rice  OR Handmade Wild Mushroom stuffed Raviolis, with tomato and cream WINE- Edge, Napa, Cabernet Sauvignon

Dessert- Our Own Classic Blueberry Cheesecake WINE- 20 year Port

Entree- Choice of One: Transylvanian Filet Mignon(served Bloody rare if you dare…) with a Vampire reduction served aside Haunted Mashed potatoes and Root vegetables OR Pan Seared #1 AHI Tuna with Dracula’s Nest Potato, Romanian Slaw, creamy Wasabi and soy sauce. WINE- Vampire Cabernet Sauvignon
